Yes, our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are eco-friendly, even so, we recommend you dispose of them directly in the trash.
Are the foil balloons used in decorations and arrangements biodegradable?
No, our aluminum balloons are not biodegradable, but they are reusable
How is the reservation and quotation process for balloon decorations?
You must make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount quoted and previously established in the contract. You must pay the remaining 50% of the total amount 72 hours before the scheduled event.
Are deposits refundable?
No, the deposit used to reserve your decoration is non-refundable.
Are all decorations personalized?
Yes, of course, we adjust to your requirements and make fully personalized quotations.
Can I change the type of decoration once I have quoted a specific one?
No, this is not possible, that is why you must be sure when quoting your decoration.
