1 - Caution and accidents: 

Always supervise your children when playing with the balloons or around the decoration. Inmediately collect and discard all pieces of a broken balloons as the can become serious potential choking hazard for kids and pets. Pretty balloons entertainment llc is not responsible for accidents by ingesting balloons in minors, adults or pets after delivery, so any incovenience will be at the customer responsability.

2 - Products and services:

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and may be subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our return policy.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products, in the store, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device will display colors accurately.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer.

All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any product or service offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

3 -Purchases:

The purchase process is simple and is described as follows:

• First, products are added to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
• Then we can enter the Cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon available on the website in the View Cart button.
• When the user is ready to purchase they can proceed to the checkout screen by clicking on the shopping cart icon available on the Website on the Checkout button, or from the drop down option in the Online Store menu, Checkout option.
• They will then see the summary of all items and will be able to enter any existing coupons.
• They will provide all the contact and delivery information for your order.
• You must to read the “Terms an conditions”, once these are accepted Pretty Balloons Entertainment LL understand and assume that you ar ACCEPTING ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Some products as Balloons Bouquets must be ordered at least 4 days in advance, if you want it overnight you must confirm availability.

Rush fee ($100) apply for any order placed with less than 15 days.

4- The cost and payment of the event:

 All services require a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total service required, the 50% remaining amount need to be pay 72 hours before the day of the event. ) in case of cancellation your first payment is *NO REFUND *.

5 - Delivery and/or installation:

You must to provide us the best time for delivery (considering at least 4 hours in advance for set ups) we will give you 2 hour timeline to arrive. If there is any situation in which the time to set up is less, you must notify us in time to coordinate the delivery.

The staff of the place where the decoration will be made must be informed of our presence at the stipulated schedule, PRETTY BALLOONS ENTERTAINMENT LLC is not responsible for third party delays in opening the place or installing tables or other services or availability of areas to Use.

6 -For shipments:

You must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if possible attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrongaddress you will have an additional charge for the delivery. PRETTY BALLOONS ENTERTAINMENT LLC is not responsible for shipping and delivery charges if the customer provides incorrect data for delivery.

If you choose to pick up ANY PRODUCT, take into consideration they are large, bulky and delicate, you must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle with good air conditioner to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which the product may arrive.

7- Removal of furniture, lifting of decoration or cleaning of area:

If you require the removal of the decoration or cleaning of area you must notify us (extra fee apply) , PRETTY BALLOONS ENTERTAINMENT LLC will assign the right staff for this service, do it in time, shape and date assigned and respecting and taking care of the decorated area.

If you decide to disassemble the decoration, Pretty Balloons Entertainment is not responsible for any damage caused in the placeduring and after the removal.

PRETTY BALLOONS ENTERTAINMENT LLC is not responsible for the way in which THE CUSTOMER disposes of the balloons. We always use biodegradable material and with the proper indications and safety. Latex balloons must to be disposal “on the trash” , if your decoration contains balloons with helium gas, we recommend not throwing them into the sky, because, although latex balloons are biodegradable, slats or balloons metals are not and can cause contamination or electrical accidents, use them responsibly.

8- Bad weather:

PRETTY BALLOONS ENTERTAINMENT LLC, is decoupled from any alteration to the decoration due to the climate or mishandling of the users once the decoration is delivered, we also remind you that the material used in the case of balloons is biodegradable and in exterior steers down more quickly with excessive heat and direct sun (WE CANNOT GUARANTEE LONG LIFE OF BALLOONS IN TEMPERATURES GREATER THAN 95 DEGREES) , preferably in case of balloons is suggested either indoors, even if the CUSTOMER requests it outdoors the decoration will be delivered in shape, dewing us from previously damaged warned.

9- Rent and loan clause for services and their returns:

During the decoration service will be used, structures, bases, marquee letters and / or backdrops for the creation of the decoration requested by the client that will be left as a loan, THE CUSTOMER undertakes to deliver such equipment at the end of the event, in case of missing equipment left on loan, for damage or lost THE CUSTOMER must cover the cost assigned in the “Pretty Balloons Items Prices” for each object or material missing.

10- Price and promotions:

The prices of the products and services available in the E-commerce of COMPANY NAME while they appear as available, will only be valid and applicable in this site and will not be applicable to other sales channels used by the companies, such as telephone sales, social medias, other electronic sales sites, catalogs or others.

11- Payment method:

12- Warranty and returns:

If you make a purchase online or remotely, once the request has been made and agreed through the website or other electronic means such as WhatsApp, or other means, you declare to know the qualities and characteristics of the product, to have made all inquiries and resolved all doubts you have about the product. Ourcompany DOES NOT ACCEPT product returns.

All products have a 1 month legal warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for failures in a product caused by conflicts during the manufacture of the product. It is important to keep the bill or sales receipt issued by Pretty Balloons Entertainment LLC during this period to make the warranty valid.

The warranty of the products in no case covers shipping costs to or from our company. If under warranty you have to send a product to our company, the warranty DOES NOT COVER that shipping cost.

Single-use, perishable products do not have warranty, such as balloons bouquets, center pieces or any decoration.

Other terms and conditions are applicable depending on the nature of your event.Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract, We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may be suffered.
